FSG is owned and operated by KB Systems LLC (“FSG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you visit flexshiftgrabber.com, use our downloadable desktop application, purchase a subscription, activate a Key, or contact us for support.

FSG is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Amazon or any related entity.

Definitions: “Site” means flexshiftgrabber.com.

“App” means the FSG downloadable desktop application.

“User”, “you”, or “your” means the person using the Site, App, subscription, Key, or support services.

“Key” means the individual license key provided by FSG to access paid features.

“HWID” means a hardware or device identifier derived from your device and used for Key validation and access control.

“Task” means a shift-related task created, configured, or completed within the App.

“Data” means information collected from or about Users through the Site, App, payment process, license system, or support communications.
Information We Collect: We may collect the following categories of information:

Account and subscription information, including your name, email address, subscription status, customer ID, invoice information, and related billing metadata.

License and device information, including your Key, HWID, App version, activation timestamps, Key validation attempts, and device reset history.

App activity and diagnostic information, including completed Task timestamps, error logs, crash reports, access logs, and other technical information used for debugging, support, security, and access control.

Discord User ID

Website and log information, including IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, timestamps, cookies, and similar technical information.

Support information, including messages, emails, screenshots, attachments, or other information you choose to provide when contacting us.
Cookies: Cookies are small files stored on your browser or device. We may use cookies to operate the Site, improve the User experience, maintain security, remember preferences, and understand how the Site is used.

Some cookies may be set by third-party providers that help us operate, secure, or analyze the Site.
Payments: We use Stripe to process payments and manage subscriptions. Stripe may collect and process payment information, billing information, fraud-prevention information, and transaction data according to its own privacy policy.

FSG does not store your full payment card number, full bank account number, or complete payment credentials. From Stripe, FSG may receive and store limited information such as your name, email address, and subscription status.
License Authentication: We use KeyAuth to authenticate license and manage access to paid features. For license validation, FSG and/or KeyAuth may process your Key, HWID, IP address, activation timestamps, and related access-control information.

HWID is used to help ensure that one Key is being used by one User and to prevent unauthorized license sharing, abuse, or circumvention.
Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect: FSG does not collect, transmit, or store your Amazon password, passkey, or full Amazon login credentials on FSG servers.

Login/session information is stored locally on your own device. We do not sell your personal information.

We do not store your full payment card number or full bank account number
How We Use Information: We use Data to:

Provide, operate, and maintain the Site and App.

Create, verify, and manage subscriptions.

Send your Key, setup steps, product notices, and support responses.

Validate User access to paid features.

Bind Keys to devices and prevent unauthorized license sharing.

Debug errors, diagnose crashes, and improve App functionality.

Protect against fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and security threats.

Enforce our Terms of Service.

Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
How We Share Information: We may share Data with service providers that help us operate FSG, including:

Stripe, for payment processing and subscription management.

KeyAuth, for license authentication and access control.

We may also disclose Data if required by law, subpoena, court order, legal process, government request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, Users, business, security, or legal interests.

We may transfer Data in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, financing, or similar business transaction.
Data Retention: We keep Data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide FSG, manage subscriptions, validate licenses, provide support, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and enforce our agreements.

When Data is no longer needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely retain it as required by law, accounting obligations, security needs, or legitimate business purposes.
Security: We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect Data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, or alteration.

However, no method of transmission, storage, software operation, or internet communication is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices and Rights: You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
